About Us

Daisy is building the future of living. As a full-stack, AI-native property management company for HOAs, co-ops, and condos, we're modernizing one of real estate's largest and most fragmented industries. By combining technology with exceptional service, we deliver greater transparency for boards, more efficient operations, and a better resident experience.

In just a few years, we've become the 8th largest property management company in NYC, expanded across the tri-state area, and now manage over 5,000 units and $200M+ in building budgets. Backed by strong growth and recent financing, we're entering our next chapter of growth as we expand Daisy's AI-powered operating model nationwide.

Overview

The Property Manager is the strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of high-touch condos and co-op buildings. This person serves as the primary advisor to boards, owns the overall building experience, and ensures accountability across operations, financial performance, compliance, and capital projects. Unlike traditional models, they are supported by specialized Daisy teams (facilities, finance, compliance, resident operations, and project management), enabling them to focus on leadership, decision-making, and board-level advisory rather than administrative coordination.

Please note that internally this role is titled Account Manager.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary advisor and relationship owner for condo/co-op boards
  • Lead board meetings and provide clear, strategic guidance on building operations, budgets, and capital projects
  • Oversee day-to-day building performance across operations, staffing, vendors, and resident experience
  • Partner with internal Daisy teams to ensure execution across facilities, compliance, finance, and projects
  • Manage escalations and complex building issues with professionalism and strong judgment
  • Review financials, support budgeting, and advise boards on financial and operational priorities
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across capital projects and NYC Local Law compliance
  • Drive proactive communication, responsiveness, and operational excellence across assigned buildings
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of NYC condo/co-op property management experience
  • Strong experience working directly with boards, residents, and high-touch buildings
  • Deep understanding of NYC building operations, vendors, staffing, and compliance
  • Strong financial acumen (budgets, reporting, reserves, and capital planning)
  • Experience managing capital projects and Local Law compliance
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and strong ownership mentality
Compensation

This role offers a salary of $110K-$120K, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package and equity.
