Generate tenant interest, coordinate property tours, and produce Letters of Intent (LOIs).
Cultivate relationships with tenants, understanding their requirements, and proactively identifying suitable locations.
Diligently manage leads within our CRM to move prospects efficiently through the sales pipeline.
Provide support in client reporting, property evaluations, and market analyses.
Conduct neighborhood canvassing to maintain in-depth knowledge of local retail corridors, pricing, and available spaces.
