Since its founding in 1978, Tishman Speyer has acquired, developed, and operated 576 properties totaling 233 million square feet with a combined value of over $131  line with plans to build out its industrial business, Tishman Speyer is seeking a Senior Director, Acquisitions to lead East Coast industrial investments. The successful candidate will source, negotiate and manage the rollout of Tishman Speyer's industrial investment strategy, focusing across the risk/return spectrum from development to value-add and core/core-plus acquisition opportunities across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Mid-Atlantic.

Key responsibilities include identifying and sourcing investment opportunities across core-plus, value-add, and development strategies; executing transactions through the full cycle; and working with internal and external parties to ensure compliance and appropriate risk management. The role reports into the Head of Industrial and is initially based in New York City, with flexibility to relocate as the platform grows.
