Job Description:

Baker Tilly is looking for a Director to join our Real Estate Advisory Group! The Director will be responsible for business development and lead engagements primarily related to work with public and private sector clients providing real estate advisory services including property valuation and consulting, appraisals, due diligence, real estate consulting, portfolio and property valuation, highest & best use analysis, and acquisition counseling.

• Ability to effectively interface with client and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work, expand existing relationships and generate new business.
• The Director will serve as oversight for managers to ensure deadlines are met and to develop and train staff.
• In addition, the Director will serve as a coach to staff to further their professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance, economics, business, accounting or a related field is a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in asset/portfolio management, real estate finance or real estate development is required.
