Location: New York
Investment Banking firm is looking for a Manager to oversee the physical workspace, building operations, and corporate real estate portfolio to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and cost-effective.
- Manage daily upkeep, custodial services, groundskeeping, and preventive maintenance for building systems like HVAC and life safety.
- Optimize workspace utilization and coordinate office reconfigurations or relocations.
- Negotiate service contracts and lease agreements.
- Supervise external contractors, and verify that vendor invoices match agreement pricing.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, OSHA regulations, ADA compliance, and emergency response protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial property, campus environment, or portfolio management experience.
- Strong financial literacy, proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or IWMS platforms, and excellent contract negotiation abilities.
