Entry-Level Real Estate Finance Associate

• The Real Estate Practice Group advises clients on complex real estate matters, including real estate financing, lender representation, loan document drafting, and title and survey due diligence.
• Demonstrated interest in or experience with real estate finance is a plus.

The New York office of Alston & Bird is seeking a highly motivated 3L law student to join the firm as an entry-level Real Estate Associate in the fall of 2026. The Real Estate Practice Group counsels clients on complex real estate matters, including real estate financing, lender representation, loan document drafting and title and survey due diligence. Demonstrated interest in or experience with real estate finance a plus.

Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

The salary for this position is $225,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our New York City office and may not be applicable to other locations.
