Licensed Real Estate Agent

The Bethoney Shen Team is looking for a motivated, licensed Real Estate professional to join our growing sales team. We specialize in luxury new development sales and rentals throughout New York City, working closely with developers, owners, buyers, and renters across a growing portfolio of properties.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is driven, personable, organized, and eager to grow within the real estate industry. You’ll work directly with clients throughout the sales and rental process while also gaining exposure to the many moving pieces involved in successfully marketing and selling new development projects.

Our team has a growing book of business and an expanding pipeline of new development opportunities, and we’re looking for another great agent who can become an important part of that growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment, communicates well with clients and team members, and is willing to take initiative and learn.

Responsibilities will include working with buyer and renter leads, conducting property tours and open houses, following up with prospective clients, assisting with new development projects, maintaining relationships with clients and brokers, and supporting the team throughout the sales and leasing process.
