US seeks a Property Manager to oversee affordable housing units in a newly renovated building on West 45th Street and support two to six additional properties across the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. You will ensure leasing and regulatory compliance with LIHTC and subsidy programs, and coordinate with program staff for service delivery.
Reporting to the Director of Housing Compliance, you will manage rent rolls, certifications, move-ins/outs, and file maintenance while upholding tenant
