Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) is seeking a Project Manager to support adaptive reuse and ground-up development of Yard properties, manage budgets, schedules, and capitalization strategies, and coordinate with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
In this role, you will analyze funding sources, monitor cash flow, and help secure debt and equity while coordinating with the Construction team on cost control and procurement.
