job responsibilities

As a Senior UX Researcher on the Amazon Advertiser UX team, you will own the complete research lifecycle while driving strategic impact across our B2B advertising experience. You'll apply expertise across research methodologies to solve complex business problems, optimize every phase from defining objectives to synthesizing insights, and master analytical techniques with strong judgment about which methods to use. You'll transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive product decisions, identify market opportunities by working backward from advertiser needs, and articulate customer challenges with precision while making evidence-based recommendations.

Leveraging AI-augmented research tools that reduce research time from tens of minutes to seconds, you'll deliver high-quality findings through compelling reports and authentic user evidence. You'll communicate research impact on product roadmaps and design decisions to cross-functional partners, create artifacts that resonate with diverse audiences from engineers to senior leadership, and build stakeholder alignment around customer insights that drive change across the advertiser experience.
