Overview
Position Summary:
The candidate will participate in the collection and analysis of maternal/fetal/infant physiological and behavioral data in support of research on the effects of prenatal exposures to a variety of risk factors such as premature birth, and neurodevelopmental disorders or delays.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
- Assisting with high density EEG studies, cross sensory associative learning paradigms, and developmental assessments of children.
- Preparation, processing, entering, and analysis of data collected.
- Follow research protocols as outlined in standard operating procedures and the IRB protocol.
- Report to a supervisor daily, typically via email or Slack or written QC reports and documentation.
- Send a weekly summary report with the research project administrator, and attend and participate in weekly lab and grant meetings.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.
- Bachelor s degree in chemistry, biology or physics or related science or equivalent in education, training and experience.
- Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
- This position will require travel to CUIMC and White Plains to assist with data collection.
- Previous experience working with children and families.
- Knowledge of programming and processing in R, programming and utilizing REDCap, and Excel.
- Experience conducting neurodevelopment learning paradigms.
- Ability to set up and conduct experiments or activities according to established protocols and record data.
- Familiarity with computerized operations and execution of automated processes.
- Ability to work under general supervision and in team science.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
