Lucas James Talent Partners are recruiting on behalf of UL Research Institutes. We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Summer 2026 Intern atUL Research Institutes , based in our Columbia, MD office.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on society through research? UL Research Institutes is seeking a motivated and dedicated Marketing Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026. This 3-month internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a non-profit research environment, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop valuable skills in market research and analysis .

What you’ll learn and achieve:

As the Marketing Summer 2026 Intern you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you:

  • Assist in amplifying research projects related to FSRI safety mission and goals. This may involve organizing events, creating web content, social media, presentations, and other written materials.
  • Help collect and organize content following standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with the research amplification team and other departments to gather information, share information, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Assist in managing and organizing projects, ensuring they are on brand, on schedule, and within budget. Take on specific tasks related to project goals.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
