Postdoctoral Fellow: AI in Clinical Genomics & Radiogenomics

Are you a researcher looking to bridge the gap between high-level machine learning and real-world clinical impact? We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our multidisciplinary team.

Our mission is to develop production-quality AI/ML tools designed for actual clinical deployment. If you have a passion for genomics, advanced data science, and building tools that matter, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for candidates who possess a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioinformatics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Preference will be given to researchers whose work has already made a measurable impact on the fields of Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI in genomic data analysis.

While we do not expect you to be an expert in everything, we value overlap across these core areas:

• Research Excellence: A proven track record with first-author publications in top-tier journals.
• Domain Expertise:
  Experience in one or more of the following:
• Bioinformatics
• Multi-omic data integration and analysis
• Graph-based genomic data analysis
• Computational pathology
• Spatial transcriptomics
• Single-cell RNA-Seq

• Duration: 2 years (initial 1-year appointment with expected renewal based on satisfactory progress)

Salary will be commensurate with experience and the cost of living in New York City. Subsidized housing close to the MSK campus is available. Compensation is based on multiple variables and may include benefits as outlined on the MSK Website (see link above).
