Additional Notes40 hour work week, 8 hour days on site. The work is entirely tied to the lab, so it's a fully lab based role and the responsibilities would be working in the lab. Setting up experiments, monitoring those experiments throughout the day, doing analysis and when the analysis which part comes in is the electronic laboratory notebooks, if someone's right out of college, they're not going to have as much expectation that they have to work as independently.
Looking for People who are able to come in day after day, do routine setups, routine sample testing, analysis, sort of support us. And so the people will be the incumbent would be working in the laboratory.
They'd be working a lot with other team members, they'd be helping out with other people's experiments, and then there'd be a step, a stage where they'd be at their desk, they'd be working on analysis, they'd be joining meetings, they'd be talking to people about their results. So it's mostly bench work, but of course there's going to be a little bit of desk work involved there, but we really want people here.
Pharmaceutical research. So definitely more of an emphasis on helping with a large sample testing load. And I think for someone out of school, that's probably a good, good level to come in at.
