Obsidian is looking for advanced Physics Researchers & PhD Students in New York to support a frontier-model evaluation project centered on physics reasoning. In this role, you'll design complex benchmark tasks to identify and diagnose reasoning gaps in AI models.
The ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a PhD program in Physics or a related field, possessing strong analytical and mathematical skills.
