User Experience Researcher

For this role, we are looking for a senior UX researcher to drive research projects and programs that guide the evolution of the new, AI experience for Search. This UXR will conduct foundational, strategic and iterative research. Work with stakeholders to formulate research questions. Impact product strategy and design through research/analyses. Help teams understand user needs, evaluate new experiences, identify new opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape, all with a lens on priority markets and critical user segments.

• Research Strategy & Execution:
  Plan and execute a variety of qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability studies, to gather user feedback. Develop and refine research questions to address key product and design challenges. Recruit and manage participant pools for research studie
• Insight Generation & Synthesis:
  Analyze and synthesize qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Create detailed reports, user personas, and journey maps to communicate research findings to stakeholder
