Redstone Analyst Intern, Summer

Position Summary

Analyst Interns at Redstone will join a client‑team with senior Redstone consultants. You’ll participate in team meetings, do real client work, and gain unmatched exposure to clients and senior leaders.

Each analyst intern will perform research, analyze data, develop concrete solutions, and practice communicating those results.

Redstone interns will be invited to participate in our social events and office community days. Interns can look forward to a summer in New York City, exploring iconic neighborhoods, world‑class restaurants, Broadway shows, museum‑hopping, day trips to Rockaway beach and the Hudson Valley, and more.

• Graduating from an academic program in the year following Internship and able to accept full‑time employment if offered
• Extraordinary academic track record
• Strong creative and analytical problem‑solving skills
• Ability to connect with and influence people
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Experience with analytically intensive coursework, especially statistics, data science, or financial modeling
• Strong interest in social impact issues including education, climate and environment, racial and economic equity, human services (e.g., homelessness, food security), public health, and democracy; strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
• A growth mindset and commitment to professional development
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

The compensation package for an Internship at Redstone includes a $2,000 signing bonus paid in advance, and during the internship a weekly salary equivalent of $1,400 (paid semi‑monthly), plus paid holidays, flexibility for religious observance, and paid personal time off.
