Who We Are
Launched in 2023, Aethon Therapeutics is pioneering a new paradigm in immuno‑oncology: the deliberate creation of MHC-restricted neoantigens on the surface of cancer cells and their targeting with T cell-engaging multispecific antibodies. Through its proprietary Hap Immune™ platform, Aethon unites antibody-based immunotherapy and small molecule-based targeted therapy to expand the power and promise of both approaches for people living with cancer.
