General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training
What if your years of rigorous academic training could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems reason, problem-solve, and think? We're looking for postdoctoral researchers and advanced degree holders to take on some of the most intellectually challenging work in AI development — designing complex problems, stress-testing AI reasoning, and pushing the boundaries of what these models can do.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers who want to do meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule — without leaving the world of serious intellectual inquiry.

- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine model performance.
- Ensure the highest standards of academic clarity and analytical precision across all deliverables.
- Work independently on task-based assignments, fully on your own schedule.
- Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university.
- Has a strong track record in research, publications, or complex technical project work.
- Think in systems — comfortable navigating multi-disciplinary problems with precision and creativity.
- Exceptional written communicator who can translate complex ideas with clarity and depth.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed — you hold yourself to a high standard without needing hand-holding.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or data quality workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages.
- Background spanning multiple technical disciplines or cross-domain research experience.
- Familiarity with AI model development, benchmarking, or RLHF workflows.
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside the world's leading research labs.
- Fully remote and asynchronous — work when, where, and how you work best.
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, intellectually rigorous work.
- Apply your expertise to problems that genuinely push the frontier of AI capability.
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new research projects launch.
