You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related field
• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience with cell-based assays
• Experience with robotic/automated lab equipment or within ingredients-focused environment desirable
• A strong sense of ownership—take initiative, stay organized, and deliver high-quality work consistently
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially automation and assay workflows
• Attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs and documenting results accurately
• A collaborative mindset—working closely with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Clear communication and willingness to speak up when something doesn't look right
• An interest in applying science to create meaningful, real-world impact in sensory and consumer products

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $55,000-$70,000.

All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
