What makes this role important at Ipsos? As a Market Research Manager (also known internally as an Account Manager), you will manage research projects for leading companies and collaborate with the team to uncover and communicate key insights and actionable strategies.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and research design to analysis, interpretation, and report preparation.
• Liaise regularly with internal operations groups to ensure reliable results are delivered to clients in a timely, cost‑efficient manner.
• Build and maintain client relationships by responding to queries and providing updates as requested.
• Coordinate and manage data entry of project costs into the internal costing program.

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree; master’s level education an asset.
• At least 2 years of market research experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness.
• Data savvy with strong accuracy focus.
• Basic knowledge of SPSS or other quantitative reporting tools, a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑faceted project budgets and develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Highly motivated, self‑directed, with a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
• Thrives within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well‑developed interpersonal and presentation skills.

Compensation: In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $90,000. Final base salary will be determined based on non‑discriminatory factors.
