Managing consumer survey research projects, the fully remote Senior Research Manager will design surveys, program questionnaires, analyze data, write reports, and communicate findings to clients while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:- Design surveys and experiments, including writing questionnaires and developing sampling criteria
- Program surveys and manage data collection using DIY platforms and sample vendors
- Analyze data and write reports that clearly explain research methodology and findings
- Completed PhD, Master's, or MBA in marketing, business, sensory science, or a research-based social science
- Professional experience in survey research, marketing, or consumer psychology
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in R, SPSS, or similar software
- Experience programming questionnaires in Qualtrics or other survey software
- Excellent writing skills with experience in report writing or journalism preferred
