Summer Support Staff

Diamond Arrow is offering the opportunity to serve as summer staff in the context of Christian camping ministry. Our summer staff wear many hats. A majority of their time is spent in the kitchen serving food and cleaning up after meals and out on the grounds cleaning bathrooms and accommodations. When searching for candidates for these positions we often look for self‑motivated team players with a really good attitude who are willing to go above and beyond.

Summer Staff should expect to work 20-40 hours per week depending on group needs.

• Food Service:
  Help prepare and serve meals. Clean dishes, kitchen, and dining hall.
• Snack Shack:
  Provide snacks and drinks. Handle cash transactions. Clean machines and equipment.
• Facilities:
  Maintain lodging, bathrooms, and meeting spaces by scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Activities:
  
  Be trained on high ropes course operation, Archery Tag, and Paintball.

• Must have a food handlers certification (can be obtained through Diamond Arrow).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and work in cool, warm, and hot conditions.
• Must be 15 years of age.

Summer Staff will receive $16.00 per hour plus possible meals if on break during summer group meal times. On site staff housing is available for out of town employees and can be discussed at time of interview.
