We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our growing team for the Grand Opening of our newest restaurant!

Benvenuto a Giulietta! Opening in early 2026, Giulietta is a sunny, casual all-day Italian restaurant with over 275 indoor seats and 100 seats outside. Inspired by relaxed summers on the Mediterranean, Giulietta will have something for everyone, offering the business people, tourists and residents of Midtown a transporting oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Grand Central. The Giardino at Giulietta will be a seasonal outdoor Aperitivo bar and garden with seating for over 150 guests, serving a variety of aperitivo based cocktails, frozen drinks, pizza and small bites.

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

HIGH LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • This position will be responsible for tasks including scheduling, beverage purchasing & inventory, daily financial reporting & management, hiring and training of all line level positions, managing and driving service standards at high volume, and developing guest relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Certification in NYC Food Protection License required
