• Ability to execute a wide range of desserts and baked goods in a timely manner under the instruction of the Executive Pastry Chef.
• Ability to follow strict portioning and decorating guidelines to ensure consistent presentation when plating.
• Excellent communication skills and can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Team player mentality with a commitment to excellence and success.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Culinary training or certification in baking and pastry arts is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible in terms of scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-year prior experience working in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred.
