Waitstaff Position at Peregrine Senior Living

We are currently seeking an associés for the Waitstaff/Server role. The position offers both full‑time and part‑time schedules.

$15.50/hr – $16.50/hr actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Waitstaff/Server

Responsibilities include:

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant‑style dining atmosphere
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested
• Review daily menu with residents

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED) preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience working in the food service industry preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
