Location: New York
Overview
We are a high-volume, well-established Chinese restaurant with locations in New York City and New Jersey, and we are currently seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team.
Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle cash and POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Prior restaurant serving experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic English required (Chinese language a plus).
- Flexible schedule (weekends & holidays required).
