Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper portioning.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with food prep, inventory rotation, and storage.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
- Culinary training or certification is a plus.
- Experience with grill, sauté, fryer, or prep stations.
- Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
