Highgate Hotels - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare all food items across various kitchen outlets and banquet events following standardized recipes and directions from culinary leadership.;
Execute station prep, mise en place, and food production for restaurant outlets across multiple kitchen stations.;
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in accordance with NYC Health Department standards and hotel policies.;
Assist in inventory, ordering, and storage to meet DOH and hotel standards.;
Support cross-training and collaboration across different kitchen areas.
