Lead Barista

Wildflower Studios is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized full-time barista to independently run our commissary café as the sole on-site barista. This role supports our staff, crew, and visitors by operating a small coffee service area inside the studio.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service mindset, experience making high quality coffee drinks, and a talent for staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve a full range of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew
• Maintain coffee bar cleanliness, restock stations, and ensure a welcoming environment
• Manage inventory counts and place orders for coffee, milk, syrups, sodas, waters, and select retail items
• Track usage and update inventory systems regularly
• Communicate with coffee vendors and support purchasing needs
• Maintain confidentiality regarding studio personnel and projects
• Provide warm, professional interaction with staff and guests
• Support occasional additional commissary tasks as needed

• Prior barista experience, including espresso machines and specialty drinks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
• Positive and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work 7 hour days, up to 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Flexibility as the final schedule is still being set
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds for restocking
