• Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
• Support the GM and Training Team by training new employees, ensuring they follow all recipes and training for menu items and processes, and that they are in the correct uniform
• Open and close the location safely and responsibly; ensure cleaning duties for the store are followed at the beginning, during and end of the shift
• Handle minor customer issues positively and solutions‑focused
• At a store level, lead initiatives with the operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, acquire new customers, boost daily sales, improve operational profitability, and develop a loyal neighborhood customer base

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer‑service leadership position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
• 18+ years of age
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Availability that meets the needs of our cafés
  • Full Time: 30–40 hours per week, 4–5 days per week, and must be able to work 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S.; upon acceptance of a job offer and completion of the Form I‑9 with acceptable documents, Blank Street will provide the federal government with employees’ Form I‑9 information to confirm authorization to work in the U.S. (a process known as “E‑Verify”).
