Pay: $20–$25/hour plus tips (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Your Role We are looking for passionate Baristas to run our vibrant Spring Street coffee window, serving espresso drinks, cold brew, and specialty beverages.

• Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brew.
• Engage customers warmly, take orders quickly, and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment daily.
• Manage inventory for coffee supplies.
• Upsell gelato and other store offerings when possible.

• Previous barista experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and deliver drinks efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
