Kitchen Assistant​/Cook

Join our team as an Expeditor and ensure smooth service, accurate orders, and happy customers. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen by keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

• Finish and assemble orders with precision and care.
• Hand off orders directly to customers, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist cooks by managing and organizing tickets effectively.
• Ensure quality and consistency at the pass (expo).
• Perform light prep work such as making sauces, chopping, and portioning.
• Maintain a clean and organized station.

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Reliability and keen attention to detail.
• Food handler’s certification is a plus.

• Competitive hourly pay plus tips.
