Manage all functions of the restaurant during opening, mid or closing shifts;
Hire, manage, supervise, and train restaurant team members and ensure a Gold Standard guest experience;
Conduct daily briefings on matters of importance to the team;
Monitor food and beverage quality and execution; conduct Quarterly Food Reviews;
Manage local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement
