Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid, and closing shifts; hire, train, and supervise team members; ensure Gold Standard guest experience;
Conduct daily briefings; manage safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies;
Oversee inventory, ordering, and food & beverage quality; conduct quarterly food reviews;
Hire and terminate recommendations; coach, mentor, and discipline hourly staff; performance management;
Manage guest relations and guest recovery; foster team development through continuing education
