Mount Sinai - - 10 East 102nd Street - Responsibilities:
Prepares, cooks and dispenses food in accordance with specifications, quality standards and sanitary regulations;
Assigns work to Cooks and Cook's Helpers;
Maintains par level and delivers food entrees to Cafeteria steam-table, assist cooking supervisors as required;
Washes, chops, slices, weighs, measures and mixes ingredients and prepares individual portions in accordance with specifications and cooking instructions;
Cooks food as assigned following detailed recipes and procedures
