Food Quality and Safety:
Prepares food according to standardized recipes and cooking techniques.;
Maintains a clean work environment and adheres to HACCP and safety procedures.;
Maintains proper food and beverage temperatures and documents thermometer calibrations.;
Performs duties for catered events and supports performance improvement projects.;
Attends departmental in services and meetings to maintain competency.
