Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. As a Catering Captain at Restaurant Associates, you will supervise and lead catering staff to ensure high-quality food and beverage service for events. Responsibilities include coordinating event setup and breakdown, maintaining excellent customer service, overseeing food service operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with the catering team to uphold standards of professionalism and service excellence in alignment with company values.

Qualifications
  • Strong supervisory skills, with experience leading and coordinating teams
  • Proficiency in food service and food & beverage operations, including event management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Relevant certifications or training in food safety and beverage management are a plus
