We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Café Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer service while preparing and serving high‑quality beverages and food. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that keeps our guests coming back.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve beverages, including tea, coffee, and other specialty drinks, following company recipes and standards
• Handle food preparation tasks while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Operate POS systems, cash handling, and order processing
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

• Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred, especially barista or coffee experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and serving techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.61 - $28.43 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 20 per week
