The Hills is seeking Seasonal Line Cooks to join the Culinary Department. This role is available April 20, 2026 – October 7, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions.

In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

• Prepare food items per standard recipe while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
• Stock kitchen with all necessary ingredients.
• Assist on all stations on the line as needed for each meal period.
• Maintain and clean equipment according to the opening and closing checklists.
• Promptly report any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment which requires repair/maintenance.
• Adhere to all Department of Health food and safety standards.
• Always comply with company and department policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Demonstrate the ability to execute recipes and to follow house-made ingredients promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all food is plated and presented accordingly and demonstrate a sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions.

• Twelve (12) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resort, or private club.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for more than four (4) hours.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull. May be required to lift and carry items sometimes more than 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of Serv Safe and safe food handling practices.
• Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest times.

• Pay Range: $21.00 - $32.00 USD per hour; based on experience

• Optional housing is offered through a separate rental company for those outside of a commutable distance. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $100.00 - $150.00 per week for a shared room. Employer will not deduct for rent; rent will be paid directly to a separate company via electronic payment, no cash.
