We are 100% free of gluten, refined sugars, and seed oils, and we offer smoothies, power bowls, coffee, baked goods, and other nutrient‑dense options. Baristas earn $20.50/hour

Baristas make an impact every day by providing outstanding beverage service and supporting the overall front‑of‑house operations. Internally, this role is part of the Guest Experience Team and reports to the Guest Experience Manager and General Manager of each restaurant.

• Prepare all beverages to company standards, including coffee, espresso‑based drinks, teas, tonics, smoothies, and wellness drinks
• Dial espresso grinders daily and continually monitor espresso quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and smoothie bar throughout service
• Set up and close down barista and smoothie stations at the start and end of each shift
• Ensure accurate order entry through the POS system for efficient communication between the bar and kitchen
• Support a smooth service by assisting team members across front‑of‑house positions as needed
• Provide exceptional hospitality and contribute to a welcoming and community‑focused atmosphere
• Participate in training and ongoing learning to maintain product and service excellence

• Strong ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and high‑quality food and beverage experiences
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
• Commitment of at least 5 days per week and 30–40 hours per week
• General understanding of food safety and public health practices
• Required:
  
  Minimum 2 years of barista experience
• Preferred but not required:
  Food Handlers Certification
