Overview

Yankee Stadium Hard Rock Cafe is part of the Hard Rock International brand, which operates cafes, hotels, and casinos in 74 countries. The cafeteria operates with a global focus on music memorabilia, collectibles, and live entertainment.

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of glassware, tableware, utensils, pots & pans using machine and manual[]={}. The dishteam must keep the dish area clean, sanitary, and organized.

• Maintaining a clean and organized dishroom and work area.
• Cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine.
• Practicing safety and sanitation standards.
• Emptying trash bins.
• Communicating professionally with co‑workers and Front‑of‑the‑House staff.

This job description reflects the position’s WINAPI jelem ;

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• In some U.S. states, a food safety certification program is required before serving food or alcohol (e.g., California).

• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast‑paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co‑workers.
• Maintaining Hard Rock Cafe’s 5 core values and mission statement.

• Performing duties that require bending & reaching.
• Lifting & transporting up to 100‑pound containers, dish racks, and trash cans.
• Standing or moving for up to 8+ hours.
• Ability to twist body parts in a circular motion.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and a loud/noisy environment.

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance.
• Follow all uniform guidelines.
• Practice general safety & sanitation standards.
• Recycle products where possible.
