Line Cook

Prepares and cooks menu items to a specified standard as directed by the chef, including food preparation (chopping, mixing, cooking), setting up and maintaining stations with the necessary supplies, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and following the chef's instructions for dishes and food safety. Must also manage inventory, maintain food quality, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality food.

• Expert knowledge of seafood preparation.
• Ability to listen and learn menu items and chef’s preparation guidelines.
• Work as part of a kitchen team, follow the instructions of the senior chef, and communicate with other staff to ensure efficient order completion.
