Ruby Tuesday - - Responsibilities:
Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain flow of service and prepare items to spec;
Organize table orders in the expo area according to tickets;
Manage set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area;
Expedite service of food for Tue Go/Catering, dining room, and bar areas;
Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of food and accommodate guest modifications
