Job Overview

Hotel Daphne seeks an enthusiastic Bar Back to join the team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Food & Beverage operations team to support the Bar Daphne, the new hotel's signature bar.

• Maintain the bar fully stocked and cooperate with bartenders.
• Engage in casual conversation with guests and enhance their experience.
• Assist with lifting moderate amounts of weight.
• Perform other tasks and duties as needed or directed.

• Must have or obtain TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification prior to start date.
• Takes pride in a great job done.
• Desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.
• Ability to walk and stand throughout the duration of shift.
• Flexible availability as needed.
• 1+ year experience as a Bar Back in a restaurant, bar, or lounge (preferred).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
