Job Details
Chef Andrew Carmellini's team is looking for friendly, hard‑working bussers to join them at Bar Primi located in Penn District.
Bar Primi is a pasta shop devoted to ‘primi piatti,’ the pasta course. With this second location in Penn District in the heart of Midtown, chef‑partner Andrew Carmellini will carry on his same tried and true methods of making fresh pasta.
Ideal candidates possess:- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
- Great communication skills.
- The ability to function comfortably in busy environments.
- Interest in food, wine and spirits culture.
- Barback experience.
- Full-time availability;
Weekend availability is a must.
