Position: Dynamic Sous Chef: Lead High-Volume Kitchen & Menu
Location: New York

Arlo Hotels in New York is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead culinary operations and ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting and strong leadership skills.

This role involves overseeing kitchen teams, maintaining health department standards, and assisting in menu creation. Candidates must have a valid NYC Serv Safe Certificate and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $75,000 annually.
