Location: Darien Center
Legends Global is looking for a Culinary Supervisor to coordinate daily kitchen operations under the Concessions Chef and ensure smooth service for events and stadiums. You will lead a kitchen team, enforce food safety standards, and ensure quality, portion control, and cleanliness across all areas.
You must have culinary training or equivalent fast-paced restaurant experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and hold or obtain a food safety certification.
