Red Rabbit in the Bronx, NY is seeking an Assistant Head Chef to support the Head Chef and lead day-to-day kitchen operations. You will prepare meals for 300-500 students, ensure a DOH-ready kitchen, and help manage production and inventory on weekdays with a 6:30 am–2:30 pm schedule.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year of culinary experience, an associate degree in culinary arts, and strong food safety knowledge. Bilingual a plus; compensation $22.50–$27.50/hr plus benefits.
