• ** Menu Maintenance:
  ** Cleaning, organizing, and stocking physical menus at the front desk before and during the service shift.[1,2].
• ** Waitlist & Pacing Control:
  ** Managing names on the waiting list and providing accurate wait times to incoming guests when tables are not immediately ready.[1].
• ** Phone & Inquiry Handling:
  ** Answering telephone lines, answering detailed questions about the menu, and handling high-volume reservation inquiries professionally..
